Summer 2011 Web 2.0 Reviews

The following link lists the top 15 web 2.0 sites:
http://www.ebizmba.com/articles/web-2.0-websites

As part of your classroom requirements you must locate and review three Web 2.0 resources that could be used in the public school classroom (you may not use any of the 15 listed in the above link). Respond to this blog entry to "reserve" your websites. If you plan on reviewing a site or resource and it is already listed by a classmate on this blog entry you will have to select another. Your review should include the following information:

1. URL
2. Specific details about the organization or provider that hosts the resource (about us is a good place to start)
3. List specific functions of the resource with detail
4. How you would use the resource in your classroom

Your reviews are due June 24, July 6, and July 18. Send your individual reviews to:

List the title of the resource in the comment line of your e-mail.

  7. I asked the instructor of a web 2.0 seminar I did for professional development recently if I could share her webpage with you. It is basically just a site where she has deposited links to a lot of good sources for web 2.0 tools. Some of it might not be self explanatory, but if you have question just let me know. If nothing else, it might give some ideas for a starting ground.
